Home/Who we help

Different questions.
Same standard of proof.

A litigator, an underwriter, a head of people, a recovery team and a public figure each need something quite different from an OSINT provider. What does not change is the standard the work is documented to.

Sector 02

Insurance & finance

Underwriters, brokers, lenders, credit teams and KYC and onboarding functions.

On the underwriting and lending side the question is always the same. Who actually controls this counterparty, what is their litigation and regulatory history, and is there anything in the public record that contradicts what has been disclosed to you before you write the risk or advance the funds.

Open-source due diligence answers that with a documented file either way. Used at onboarding it tells you which counterparties are clean, which need a conversation, and which carry exposure that should change the terms or stop the deal.

The same method extends to the people behind the entity: directorships and disqualifications, beneficial ownership, sanctions and PEP status, insolvency history and adverse media, corroborated across independent sources rather than taken from a single database hit.

Typical engagements

  • Counterparty due diligence and enhanced KYC research
  • Beneficial ownership and control mapping
  • Sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening
  • Litigation, regulatory and insolvency history checks
  • Verification of disclosures against the public record

Sector 03

Corporate & HR

People and culture teams, boards, procurement, risk and compliance functions.

A résumé is a marketing document. So is a capability statement. We test the claims, the associations and the public conduct behind both, and we produce a defensible record of exactly what was reviewed, which matters when a hiring or contracting decision is later questioned.

Vetting is tiered by role. A standard pre-employment check on a graduate and a board-level review of an incoming director are different products with different depth, and we scope them accordingly rather than charging one price for both.

On the risk side we also review what your organisation has already exposed: credentials and internal material appearing in breach corpora, and staff whose personal digital footprint creates a security or reputational problem for the business.

Typical engagements

  • Pre-employment and executive vetting
  • Supplier, partner and acquisition due diligence
  • Conflict of interest and undisclosed directorship checks
  • Verification of professional registration and qualification claims
  • Organisational breach exposure and leaked credential review

Sector 04

Debt recovery

Collection agencies, mercantile agents, credit teams and enforcement practitioners working at file or portfolio scale.

A stale address on a file is worse than no address. It produces failed service, wasted postage and a debtor who now knows someone is looking. We resolve identity first, then establish where the person actually is now.

Every address we return is marked confirmed or unverified, with the corroborating evidence behind it, so you know whether to serve, send a letter of demand, or keep looking. That verdict is the difference between a list of possibilities and an actionable file, and it is what stops your team chasing the wrong John Smith.

We handle volume. Batched files are processed with consistent output formatting for direct import into your case management system, with a confirmed-or-unverified verdict per file and a summary of which accounts are worth pursuing and which should be written off.

Typical engagements

  • Skip tracing with confidence-graded address and contact verification
  • Employment and income-source identification
  • Verified contact points: phone, email and secondary identifiers
  • Bulk and batched files with consistent output formatting

Sector 05

High-profile individuals

Executives, founders, public figures, clinicians, politicians and anyone whose visibility has become a security consideration.

If you are visible, someone has already built a profile of you. We build it first, show you exactly what it contains, and tell you which source exposed each piece of it.

A digital footprint analysis for a private client is adversarial by design. We establish what a hostile party could discover about your home address, family members, children's schools, vehicles, daily routine, travel patterns, financial position and personal relationships, using only lawfully accessible sources. People are consistently surprised by how much is reachable and by which unremarkable source leaked it.

The report is not the point. The prioritised remediation plan attached to it is, along with the option to re-run the assessment periodically so exposure does not quietly rebuild after everything has been cleaned up.

Typical engagements

  • Full digital footprint analysis with an exposure rating
  • Home address, family and routine exposure assessment
  • Breached credential and leaked data discovery
  • Impersonation, harassment and doxxing investigation
  • Prioritised remediation plan with optional periodic re-checks

The common thread

One standard,
five audiences.

Whatever the sector, the deliverable holds to the same standard: corroboration before assertion, a plain confirmed-or-unverified verdict on every substantive finding, preserved captures with hash values, and an explicit record of what could not be established.

That consistency is deliberate. An underwriter and a litigator will read the same report very differently, but neither should have to wonder how the conclusions were reached.

Not listed above?

Tell us the question anyway.

Most matters do not arrive neatly labelled by sector. Send an outline and we will tell you which service fits, what it will cost, and honestly whether open sources can get you there at all.
